PasswordManager RDP Files Transfer Box Error

In ManageEngine PAM solutions;

Below is the solution to the error that causes the filetransfer button not to appear during RDP.

In the Windows Remote Desktop Connection menu on the machine experiencing the problem;

Local Resources --> Local Devices and resources --> More.. --> Drives box should be marked with " ✓ ".
