"Setup_InsufficientSystemPartitionDiskSpace" error while performing Windows11 Upgrade with Endpoint Central

Hello,

In today's article, I will explain what to do when you receive the "Setup_InsufficientSystemPartitionDiskSpace" error while installing Windows11 on target machines using the Endpoint Central software.

As you know, there are many types of errors that may occur, although unlikely, when we try to apply Windows Updates using the Endpoint Central software.

Today we will examine the "Setup_InsufficientSystemPartitionDiskSpace" error.

The "Setup_InsufficientSystemPartitionDiskSpace" error is actually an error that occurs when the system reserved partition, that is, the cache size of the device, does not have enough space.

In this context, the cache size of the device, i.e. Disc Partition Space, must be increased to at least 600MB.

To do this:

1-) Right-click on Computer and select Manage.

2-) Double-click on Storage.

3-) Double-click on Disk Management.

4-)Right-click the partition you want to extend in the list and select Extend Volume.

5-) Follow the instructions to resize the partition and click Finish.
The partition item in the Disk Management pane shows its new size.

6-) Close the Computer Management window.

After this process is completed, you will not receive an error such as "Setup_InsufficientSystemPartitionDiskSpace" and you will be able to successfully perform the Upgrade process.
